Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Florida is seeking sales-driven professionals to conduct face-to-face presentations at our resort sales centers and convert interested visitors into owners. You will build rapport with prospective owners and articulate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure.

The role emphasizes professional closing techniques and prequalified leads, with ongoing advanced sales training in a dynamic, hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at one of our award-winning resorts (20%)
• Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners (20%)
• Articulate the benefit of traveling with Travel + Leisure (20%)
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques (20%)
• No Cold Calling: All leads are prequalified and provided by the company (15%)
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training (5%)
