Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred, not required
• Maintain production standards
• Overcome objections and perform in a short, luxury sales cycle
• Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious
• No travel outside home site area
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations at resort sales centers
• Establish rapport with prospective and current owners
• Articulate benefits of Travel + Leisure memberships
• Generate sales through initiating transactions and proper closing techniques
• Attend ongoing sales and career training
