Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Sales Executive Trainee to assist Owners/guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories.

The role involves answering questions about properties, following up on referrals, and promoting promotions while maintaining high guest service standards. A flexible schedule including weekends/holidays is required, and relevant licenses or screenings may apply. Training provided.

Qualificações

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Background and drug screening may be required.
• Active Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations given the background information obtained on the owner through discovery.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals).
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities.
