Hyatt Vacation Ownership in Lahaina is seeking a Sales Executive Trainee to help Owners and guests create memorable vacation experiences in a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment.

You will answer questions about properties, follow up on referrals, fulfill requests for pricing, maps, descriptions, and portfolios, and contact Owners to monitor satisfaction while developing future opportunities. Weekend/holiday availability may be required.

Qualifikationen

• One-year related experience is preferred.
• Active Real Estate License where mandated by law.

Aufgaben

• Answer Owner questions regarding use of properties and amenities; provide recommendations based on owner information.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests regarding pricing, property maps, descriptions, and portfolio/network information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, inform about promotions and develop business opportunities (reloads, referrals).
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts to support effective follow-up.
