Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Sales Executive Trainee to assist Owners with experiences and events, helping create memorable vacation moments.

A flexible schedule including weekends/holidays is required. Background and drug screening may be needed; an active Real Estate License where required by law is necessary. One-year related experience is preferred. Hyatt promotes diversity and inclusive culture.

• Active Real Estate License where mandated by law.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owners' questions regarding use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations based on owner information.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests regarding pricing, property maps, descriptions, room locations, and network information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction and develop business opportunities (reloads, referrals).
• Develop and maintain records of customer contacts to support effective follow-up.
