Job summary

Branex Group in Auburn Hills, MI seeks a Senior PM to coordinate VAA supplier launches, ensuring resources, schedules and critical path deliverables are met. You will track progress, communicate with the team, and support readiness activities.

You will work with the Global VAA Lead on technical reviews, audits, PFMEA, and documentation such as Control Drawings, MPD, and PFEP. Travel to supplier facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years automotive industry experience with assembly processes.
• 4+ years in Project/Program Management.
• Experience with Engine Dress and just-in-time sequencing.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Global VAA Lead to guide the supplier through launch readiness.
• Support VAA technical reviews, feasibility studies, and audits.
• Attend PFMEA workshops and drive issue resolution.
• Gather documents: Control Drawings, MPD, PFEP.
• Present monthly progress summaries to senior management.
• Review ECRs and ensure impact documentation.
• Collaborate on plant layout, tooling, and equipment buyoffs.
• Participate in weekly open issues reviews and meetings.
