Job summary

Comprehensive Logistics Inc. (CLI) is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day Value-Added Assembly (VAA) operations in our Missouri facility.

You will train and coach associates, set schedules, ensure safe and compliant processes, and drive continuous improvement through problem solving. Work with Plant Manager and Quality personnel to deliver reliable, on-time outputs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Two (2) + years Supervisor/ Leadership/ Management experience within Manufacturing Operations is required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, training and scheduling for the Value-Added Assembly (VAA) area.
• Ensure timely distribution of outgoing deliveries according to company standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and records and enforce company policies.
• Promote a safe working environment and compliant processes.
• Communicate effectively with Plant Manager, Materials Manager, and Quality Personnel.
• Participate in continuous improvement teams and problem solving.
