Visioneering, Inc. in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex aerospace manufacturing or engineering programs.

You will act as the central integrator across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance, driving program performance, risk management, and customer satisfaction. The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent PM experience, 5–10 years of manufacturing management, and aerospace tooling expertise.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent Program Management work experience.
• 5-10 years manufacturing management experience.
• Must have Aerospace Tooling experience.
• Enovia experience preferred.
• U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required - No sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program timelines.
• Coordinate and lead project kick-offs.
• Initiate, monitor and communicate project issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Project logistics coordination.
• Primary responsibility for project document and data control.
• Single point of contact with all assigned customers.
• Participate in daily scheduling meetings.
• Change control management - financial and document/data.
• Reporting of project issues, constraints, and proposed solutions to internal team.
• Overview analysis of project financial results.
