Job summary

Virtual Teammate is seeking a thoughtful VA Success Manager to support Virtual Assistants before and after client placement. You will lead onboarding, readiness training, healthcare training, coaching, engagement check-ins, and performance follow-up to ensure VA success.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting, coaching, training, or managing Virtual Assistants or remote team members.
• Healthcare, dental, medical, orthodontic, or healthcare-adjacent training experience required.
• Experience helping team members understand healthcare client expectations, communication standards, professionalism, and documentation requirements.
• Experience in VA management, team leadership, HR support, operations, client success, coaching, training, or a similar people-support role.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Excellent judgment and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to stay calm and professional during difficult conversations.
• Ability to ask thoughtful questions and understand the full situation before making recommendations.
• Strong documentation and follow-up habits.
• Comfortable working with remote teams.
• Able to balance empathy with accountability.
• Reliable, responsive, organized, and highly professional.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding, readiness and healthcare training for VAs.
• Coaching and engagement check-ins with active VAs.
• Monitor engagement, performance health, and retention risk.
• Partner with Client Success Managers to address feedback and performance concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide monthly leadership summaries.
• Identify performance gaps and contribute to program improvements.
