Job summary

Terrestris Global Solutions is seeking an Advanced Medical Support Assistant (AMSA) to support the Veteran community in Dayton, OH. This 1-year contract role is open to locum/traveling professionals, with a schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm at 4100 W Third Street, Dayton, OH.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently, without sponsorship.
• Certification CMAA or CCMA OR 2+ years of experience in medical administration.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) credentials if required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet patients in a clinic setting.
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments and clinical transfers.
• Enter and verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Assist with routine administrative tasks in VA clinic operations.
