Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2-3 years in customer service, intake, call center, legal, or veterans-related experience.
• Training will be provided; knowledge of VA benefits preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews with prospective clients.
• Gather military service history and claims documentation.
• Evaluate cases according to firm intake guidelines.
• Answer inquiries by phone and online.
