Job summary

DirectShifts seeks a licensed NP or PA to conduct VA C&P General Medicine examinations in El Paso, TX. You will review veterans' records, perform comprehensive exams, and complete DBQs with precise documentation.

You'll adhere to VA guidelines, HIPAA, and state/federal regulations while collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely evaluations; flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN) is available.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license.
• Collaborative agreement with supervising physician as required by state law.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct VA Compensation & Pension (C&P) General Medicine examinations.
• Review Veterans' medical history and supporting documentation prior to each evaluation.
• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and complete DBQs accurately.
