Societe Generale in New York is offering a VIE position in Quantitative Investment Strategy (QIS). The role involves developing backtesting tools, translating models into production code, and collaborating with Sales and Trading on strategy deals.

You will be part of the EQD Quantitative Investment Strategy (QIS) Team.
You will work on the conception, pricing and promotion of Quantitative Investment Strategies (known as SGI). You will work with the Sales and Trading departments on the negotiation and execution of those deals.
You will develop your skills in developing, testing and optimizing research tools, pricers and backtesting frameworks for systematic strategy development and be involved in the structuration of these strategies.

This VIE in New York is to begin January 1st, 2027, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.
In case a visa is necessary, please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure.
