As a UX Researcher V, you will be an integral part of the Insights Group supporting cross-functional teams dedicated to enhancing user experiences across various products. Pay Range: $85-$92
What's the Job?
- Plan and execute comprehensive end-to-end UX research utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods such as interviews, usability testing, diary studies, surveys, and concept testing.
- Develop detailed research plans, discussion guides, and study materials aligned with project objectives.
- Analyze research data, synthesize findings into actionable insights, frameworks, and strategic recommendations.
- Present research findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders through reports, readouts, and workshops.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Content, and Data Science to inform product development and improve user experience.
What's Needed?
- At least 10 years of experience or 5+ years conducting UX or human-centered research within industry, consulting, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong quantitative research skills, including designing, fielding, and analyzing large or complex surveys.
- Expertise in core UX research methods, translating findings into actionable product and design recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and present insights to leadership in a collaborative environment.
