Job summary

HeartCentrix Solutions is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead end-to-end user research efforts and translate insights into actionable product and design decisions. This role is highly collaborative and onsite in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, synthesize findings into personas and journey maps, partner with designers, product managers and engineers, and mentor junior researchers while advancing user-centered design practices.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in UX Research or related roles.
• Strong experience conducting mixed-methods research.
• Proven ability to translate research into strategic product insights.
• Experience working closely with product and design teams in agile environments.
• Strong storytelling, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with research tools (UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Figma, Maze, etc.).
