Job summary

Coforge is seeking a UX Researcher in Dallas with 3+ years of experience to lead user research efforts across product domains. You will plan and execute mixed-method studies, translate findings into actionable guidance, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Stakeholders to shape strategy and outcomes.

The role emphasizes ResearchOps support, mentorship, and driving customer-centric improvements across reservations, ACE platform, and homepage redesign initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years of UX Research experience in large enterprises.
• Strong mix of qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Experience with research platforms (UserTesting, UserZoom, Userlytics).
• Familiarity with design/prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Flinto).
• Experience using analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric).
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced data analysis (Excel or equivalent).
• Experience with UX Research Strategy & Planning, Stakeholder Collaboration & User Advocacy.
• Qualitative & Quantitative Research Methods.
• Contribute to high-impact initiatives like Res redesign, ACE enhancements, Homepage redesign.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners, Designers, and Stakeholders to understand business challenges.
• Develop research strategies aligned with OKRs.
• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.).
• Translate research into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Use analytics tools to uncover behavioral insights.
• Create Customer Journey Maps and Service Blueprints.
• Monitor UX metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support ResearchOps and recruitment; mentor junior researchers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Owners, Designers, and Stakeholders to deeply understand business challenges and advocate for exceptional user experiences.
• Develop research strategies aligned with portfolio objectives and key business outcomes (OKRs).
• Plan and execute quantitative and qualitative research initiatives, including: User Interviews, Usability Testing (Moderated & Unmoderated), Surveys, Click Testing, Competitive Analysis, Heuristic Evaluations, Eye-Tracking Studies, Journey Mapping.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Utilize analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metric to uncover behavioral insights and enhance research outcomes.
• Create and maintain Customer Journey Maps and Service Blueprints that drive customer-centric decision-making.
• Monitor UX performance metrics, analyze customer feedback, and identify opportunities to improve product experiences.
• Support and expand UX Research Operations (ResearchOps), including research infrastructure, participant recruitment, and research governance.
• Mentor designers and junior researchers while fostering a culture of user-centered design.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in HCI, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Visual Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of UX Research experience in large enterprises or highly matrixed organizations.
• Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Experience with research platforms such as: UserTesting, UserZoom, Userlytics, Similar research tools.
• Familiarity with UX design and prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Flinto, Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience leveraging analytics tools such as: Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric.
• Strong presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Advanced Excel or equivalent data analysis capabilities.
