What You’ll Do

• Define and drive research strategy aligned to business goals
• Conduct user interviews, workshops, and usability testing
• Translate insights into personas, journey maps, and actionable recommendations
• Partner with UX, Product, Engineering, and Business teams
• Mentor team members and champion a research-driven culture

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of user research experience (qualitative & quantitative)
• Strong background in user interviews and behavioral data analysis
• 5+ years mentoring or coaching teams
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
