Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial/product design or equivalent.
- 3–5 years in Product Design, beauty or consumer products preferred.
- Strong understanding of consumer needs and trends in cosmetics.
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering tools.
- Knowledge of packaging techniques and engineering constraints.
- Ability to lead design thinking workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Analyze consumer needs to create packaging solutions.
- Design desirable packaging reflecting brand DNA.
- Monitor cosmetic/trend forecasts for innovation.
- Proactively explore sustainable materials and processes.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead Design Thinking workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
