Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of design experience, including full category ownership.
• Deep knowledge of the product development cycle, costing, and sourcing.
• Strong presentation and cross-functional partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design packaging and print direction across all product categories.
• Create production-ready packaging CADs, die-lines, and art.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align packaging strategy.
• Monitor trends and innovations in packaging to keep Claire's current.
• Guide the work of the Associate Graphic Designer, Packaging.
