Job summary

Best Brands Consumer Products seeks a detail-oriented Junior Packaging Graphic Designer to support packaging graphics across consumer products. You will work with Packaging, Product Development, Merchandising, and Production teams to move concepts from initial artwork through final production.

The role emphasizes strong Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop skills, meticulous attention to typography and color, and an eagerness to learn packaging development processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience, with packaging or print production preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; 3D experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design and development of packaging graphics for consumer products and retail programs.
• Create and update packaging artwork, layouts, labels, inserts, hangtags, cartons, bags, sleeves, and other packaging components.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and mechanical files in Illustrator and Photoshop from templates and brand guidelines.
• Revise designs based on feedback from internal teams, customers, vendors, and factories.
• Review typography, dimensions, colors, images, barcodes, copy, logos for production readiness.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers to resolve artwork and production questions.
