Job summary

TEKsystems in Honolulu, HI is seeking a UX Designer to lead end-to-end UX design across the platform, from research to wireframes and interactive prototypes. You will work with Product Managers, Engineers, and the Marketing Design team to create scalable, user-centered experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of UX design experience, strong SaaS and design systems expertise, and proficiency in Figma, wireframing, and prototyping.

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a UX Designer to lead the end-to-end user experience design process, from research and discovery through wireframing, prototyping, and delivery.

This individual will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and the Marketing Design team to create scalable, user-centered experiences across the platform. While visual consistency and UI execution are important, the primary focus of this role is building intuitive workflows, improving usability, and simplifying complex user journeys.

The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in UX strategy, user research, interaction design, design systems, and SaaS product environments.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
