  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance design efficiency and insight generation.

A UX Professional (Architect/Designer is a user experienced architect is responsible for monitoring the stability and efficiency of system outputs to support business functions and ensure customer satisfaction. User experience architects improve the network infrastructure and conduct system configuration for optimal performance and smooth navigation. They also assist the end-users in resolving network issues, identifying discrepancy sources, and adjust codes as needed to prevent the reoccurrence of technical problems. A user experience architect must have excellent technical and communication skills, especially in helping the technology team in designing systems according to business requirements and feasibility.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Mandatory Skills
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Design or related fields.
  • 7+ years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content and user research teams.
  • Proven ability to influence product and engineering decisions in cross-functional settings, even without direct authority.
  • Experience working in Agile, Kanban and other delivery models.
  • Experience writing user stories and jobs-to-be-done clearly articulating the business and user needs and defining the acceptance criteria.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., generative AI, research synthesis tools, automation platforms) to enhance design efficiency and insight generation.
Desired Skills
  • Master's Degree Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or other Engineering or Technical discipline required.
  • 15 years of experience.
  • 10 years of relevant experience may be substituted for education.
  • Must have extensive experience with ServiceNow Service Mapping to be considered.
  • ServiceNow developer certification highly desired.
