Required Skills & Experience

7+ years in Product Design or related fields
7+ years collaborating with product, engineering, design, content and user research teams
Proven ability to influence product and engineering decisions without direct authority
Experience in Agile and Kanban delivery models

Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance design efficiency and insight generation

Desired Skills & Experience

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related discipline
10+ years of experience preferred
Extensive experience with ServiceNow Service Mapping
ServiceNow Developer Certification highly desired
