Qualifications

• High degree of manual dexterity and accuracy is required.
• Ability to work well in a team environment on the manufacturing floor.
• Ability to read length measurements, gauges and meters used in production.
• Knowledge of production schedules and basic data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize logbooks for issues that occur on shift.
• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards on a team.
• Perform quality checks and standard checks on equipment.
• Participate in die changes as scheduled and maintain data sheets.
• Troubleshoot, conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Follow safety rules and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Assist in inventory management and share knowledge with peers.
• Suggest improvements to reduce costs and enhance safety.
