Qualifications

• High manual dexterity and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to read length measurements, gauges and meters.
• Knowledge of production schedules and data entry skills.
• Basic math and computer skills with attention to detail.
• Tow-motor license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate coating processes according to schedules and procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and inventories.
• Complete data sheets and quality checks as required.
• Assist in die changes and preventive maintenance.
• Follow safety rules and contribute to continuous improvement.
