Shurtape Technologies, LLC is seeking a motivated Coater Operator to ensure scheduled orders are completed according to specifications. You will work in a safety-conscious manufacturing setting, handling coating equipment and supporting quality and process improvements.

The role requires teamwork, basic math, and the ability to read measurements. Distribution of tasks includes safekeeping of logs, die changes, and data entry while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency on the production floor.

Qualifications

• High degree of manual dexterity.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Ability to read length measurements, gauges and meters.
• Basic math skills, computer skills, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Operate coating machinery to meet production specifications.
• Read and interpret production logs and quality checks.
• Assist in die changes and setup as scheduled.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and report safety concerns.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings.
