Job summary

Shurtape Technologies, LLC is seeking a Coater Operator to ensure production orders are completed per specifications while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency on the manufacturing floor. You will work in a team environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires manual dexterity, ability to read gauges, and basic math. Applicants should be prepared to operate and troubleshoot coating equipment and maintain organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Requires high manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read length measurements, gauges and meters.
• Familiarity with production schedules and basic math.
• Ability to perform data entry and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate coater equipment to meet scheduled orders.
• Perform quality checks and maintain safety standards.
• Assist in die changes and data sheet completion.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and within 5S standards.
