Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited RN training program and be licensed in California.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and screen admissions and continued stays with physicians.
• Recommend alternative levels of care when inpatient care is not medically necessary.
• Develop and coordinate discharge plans and educate patients and families.
