Job Summary
The Utility Yard Coordinator is able to operate, load and unload a full range of heavy duty construction, crushing and screening and forestry products, as well as install and remove any equipment attachments, as required.
Compensation
Starting at $25.00/HR. Pay in lieu of experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Load and unload equipment, installing and removing attachments as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the branch equipment yard and attachment areas as well as shop cleanliness.
- Manage equipment and attachment inventory information including serial numbers and other documentation. Thorough completion of required paperwork is important. Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- Take pictures of equipment and inspect for damage.
- Maintain inventory records of equipment with pictures, descriptions and hours.
- Oversee rental equipment pre-delivery inspection, document condition with pictures and record hours.
- Oversee rental return inspection, document condition with pictures and record hours.
- Assist technicians with cleaning and organization before, during and after scheduled and non-scheduled repairs and maintenance.
- Perform efficient "clean and check" tasks as assigned.
- Perform light duty mechanical repairs (bulbs, wipers, glass, lights).
Qualifications
- Has experience with inventory management
- Has operated heavy equipment
- Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload
