Job summary

PDS Tech, Inc. in United States (Alabama) is hiring a hands-on Utility Worker to support multiple production areas in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate coil winding equipment, assist with manufacturing tasks, and help prepare products for final assembly with various tools and techniques. The role requires reading and following work instructions, staying detail-oriented, and maintaining quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings and specs.
• Comfortable learning and performing a variety of production tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various production tasks throughout the manufacturing process.

• Prepare products for final assembly by cutting, shaping, sanding, bending, soldering, and attaching wires.
• Use pneumatic and hydraulic tools, including crimping equipment.
• Operate robotic welding equipment and support transformer production.

• Help maintain quality standards, inventory accuracy, and a clean, organized work area.

1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

$15.00/hour + Overtime Opportunities

Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing role where every day is different? We are seeking a Utility Worker to support multiple areas of production and help build high-quality electrical products. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with tools, machinery, and a variety of manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive hand movements.
• Willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays when needed.
