PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM) in Alabama. The role involves operating production and coil winding equipment, assembling electrical components, soldering, and following specifications to meet quality standards.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing, assembly, or machinery experience and can read work instructions. Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required; safety shoes are needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or warehouse roles preferred.
• Able to read and follow work instructions.
• Comfortable using hand tools and doing repetitive motions.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift during shift.
• Team player with good work ethic and attention to detail.
• Willing to work overtime and some Saturdays.

We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our production team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or warehouse experience who enjoy working with their hands and taking pride in their work.

What You'll Do

• Operate production and coil winding equipment.
• Assemble electrical components using tools, wire, insulation, and other materials.
• Perform basic soldering and wire connection tasks.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and production specifications.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Meet daily production and efficiency goals.

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Comfortable working with hand tools and repetitive hand motions.
• Able to stand, sit, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays when needed.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
