The role involves operating loader, backhoe and skid steer, performing groundwork, following safety policies, and maintaining equipment and site cleanliness. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic mechanical aptitude, ability to read manuals, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating utility systems preferred.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
