Quality Talent Group seeks a dedicated Utility Operator to support fast-paced construction operations across infrastructure projects. You will operate loaders, backhoes, and skid steers, perform general labor, and help monitor and optimize utility systems for efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus mechanical aptitude and the ability to read manuals and schematics. Safety-first mindset and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating utility systems preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
