Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Utility Operator to join a fast-paced production environment. You will operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer, perform groundwork, and monitor utility systems for efficiency.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, mechanical aptitude, ability to read manuals and schematics, and strong communication. You will follow safety policies and PPE is provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
