Quality Talent Group is seeking a qualified Utility Operator in Daphne, AL to support a fast-paced production environment on infrastructure, commercial and residential projects. You will operate loader, backhoe and skid steer, perform groundwork, monitor and optimize utility systems, and follow safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experience operating utility systems preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
