Quality Talent Group seeks a Utility Operator for a fast-paced construction support role in Semmes, AL. You will operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer, and assist with general labor while ensuring safe, efficient operations on site.

Required is a high school diploma or equivalent, plus mechanical aptitude and the ability to read manuals and schematics. Experience with utility systems is preferred; strong communication and adherence to safety policies are essential.
