Job summary

Conservice is hiring a Utility Setup Client Coordinator for a hybrid role in the United States. The position focuses on coordinating between clients, internal teams, and utility providers to streamline utility setup and stopping processes.

The role requires high school completion, excellent communication, and comfort with high phone volumes (about 75%). Regular in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time, and compensation is $17.35 per hour plus

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to direct client inquiries promptly.
• Investigate and resolve utility starting delays, disconnects, and client requests.
• Coordinate communication between clients, internal teams, utility providers, and residents.
• Place and receive calls with Utility Coordinators to support account setup and troubleshooting.
• Document disconnects and stopping requests with clear, high-level summaries and action plans.
• Adapt to evolving project priorities and additional duties as assigned.
