Research and respond to direct client inquiries and correspondence promptly.
Investigate and resolve utility starting delays, disconnects, and client requests.
Coordinate communication between clients, internal team members, utility providers, and property residents.
Place and receive calls with Utility Coordinators to streamline account setup and troubleshooting.
Document utility disconnects and stopping requests, providing clear, high-level summary reports along with action plan resolutions.
Adapt to evolving project priorities and additional duties as assigned.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Phone Comfort: Comfortable handling high call volumes (75% phone-based work).
Problem Solving: Ability to stay composed, focused, and effective during high-stress situations.
Self-Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize daily workload independently.
