Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design, incorporating Ramos CS, seeks a Third Party Coordinator to lead coordination with city, county, and state agencies and utilities for relocation design, construction, and operations.

You will drive schedules for utility rearrangements, review designs, obtain permits, monitor budgets, and prepare reports for project leadership. Travel to offsite locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Master's Degree in Business (preferred).
• California PE registration (preferred).
• Ability to read, write and understand English for job communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Third Party Coordination with agencies and utilities for relocation design, construction, and operations.
• Coordinate and drive schedules for utility rearrangement work.
• Review third party relocation designs and facilitate comment resolution.
• Obtain permits from third-party agencies and manage plan approvals.
• Monitor budgets and maintain fiscal integrity in agreements and work orders.
• Prepare written and oral reports for project leadership.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed on site.
