Job summary

RailPros is seeking a Utility Relocations Coordinator to support rail, transit, highway, and infrastructure projects in the US. You will coordinate relocation activities, maintain documentation, track progress, and liaise with project managers, utility owners, consultants and clients.

You will ensure alignment with schedules, engineering requirements, regulatory expectations, and client commitments while supporting project teams and meetings and travel up to 40% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Real Estate, Planning or related field.
• 5–10 years supporting utility relocations, right-of-way, infrastructure, or public works projects.
• Experience coordinating with utility owners, municipalities, contractors or public agencies.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate utility relocation activities across planning, design, and construction.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for utility owners, consultants, and project teams.
• Schedule and facilitate coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Monitor relocation progress and report updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain tracking logs, schedules, and relocation status reports.
• Assist with reviewing plans, schedules, and engineering documentation.
