Job summary

Ramos Consulting Services, now part of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks a Third Party Coordinator to manage utility rearrangements, coordinating with city, county, state agencies and utilities. The role ensures on-time, on-budget third-party work and minimizes impacts to the project schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience performing third party work.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred) or related field; Master's in Business preferred.
• California PE registration preferred; valid CA driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Third Party Coordination with city, county, state agencies and utilities.
• Coordinate and drive schedule for start and completion of utility rearrangement work.
• Perform technical design reviews and facilitate comment resolution.
• Coordinate plan approvals and obtain permits from third-party agencies.
• Prepare written and oral reports for project leadership.
