Job summary

Ramos CS (now part of Colliers Engineering & Design) seeks a Third Party Coordinator in Los Angeles, CA to orchestrate coordination with city, county, state agencies and utilities for relocation design and construction. The role ensures timely, budget-compliant third‑party work and keeps issues from impacting projects.

You will engage with project leadership, manage schedules, permits, and agreements, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to resolve conflicts during construction.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and understanding English required.
• Experience coordinating third party utilities and permitting processes preferred.
• Experience in civil/utility coordination for public sector projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Third Party Coordination with city, county, and state agencies and utilities for relocation design and operations.
• Coordinate schedule for start and completion of third party utility rearrangement work.
• Review third party relocation designs and facilitate comment resolution.
• Obtain permits and approvals from third-party agencies.
• Ensure fiscal integrity in agreements, work orders, and audits.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and staffing projections for the project.
• Prepare written and oral reports for project leadership.
• Collaborate with Metro departments, consultants, and utilities to resolve conflicts.
