Job summary

Ramos CS, now part of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks a Third Party Coordinator to organize and implement utility rearrangements for transit and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate with city, state, and utility agencies to keep work on schedule and within budget, ensuring safe and compliant execution.

Responsibilities include leading third party coordination, design reviews, permit acquisitions, and reporting to project leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience performing third party work.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred) or related field; MBA is a plus.
• California State Professional Engineer (PE) registration preferred.
• Valid California Class C Driver License or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Third Party Coordination with city, county, state agencies and utilities for relocation design, construction, and operations.
• Coordinate and drive schedule for start and completion of utility rearrangement work.
• Review third-party relocation designs and facilitate comment resolution.
• Coordinate plan approvals and obtain permits from third-party agencies.
• Monitor budgets and schedules to ensure project objectives are met.
• Prepare reports for SGL Project leadership and coordinate with Metro departments and utilities.
