Quality Talent Group is seeking a Utility Operator to support fast-paced construction operations across North America. You will operate loaders and skid steers, perform groundwork, monitor utility systems, and help maintain safety and site cleanliness.

The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, the ability to read manuals and schematics, and strong communication to coordinate with crews. Experience with utility systems is preferred, and you will follow all health, safety, and environmental

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience operating utility systems preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication skills are important for coordinating with crews.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
