Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• One year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Experience in construction trades (concrete, pipe, electrical, general labor).
• Valid Texas driver’s license with good driving record.
• Preferred: Basic Wastewater Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual tasks at a skilled level for maintenance of water and wastewater lines and/or sewage plants.
• May use SCADA operations to monitor and maintain wastewater systems.
• May be subject to after-hours call-out; follow assigned schedule and city timekeeping policies.
