Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Ability to read job layouts including valves and meter housings.
• Knowledge of underground construction practices and health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate GTS utility locator and place paint lines or flags for utilities to ensure safe trenching.
• Read and interpret blueprints, valves, and meter housings.
• Operate trenching equipment and perform duct work laying and cable pulling.
• Maintain bore logs and document field notes accurately.
• Restore properties to original condition and maintain good relations with affected customers.
