Responsibilities

  • Conferring with departmental personnel, consultants and government officials to discuss utility budgets, rates and legislation.
  • Developing and preparing long-range forecasts, revenue estimates and expenditure trends.
  • Creating computer financial models and conducting economic analyses for enterprise fund systems and related operations.
