Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Analyst/Associate Consultant to deliver exceptional client service in the public municipal utilities sector (water, wastewater, stormwater) through financial planning, rate design, and related projects.

The role involves building Excel-based models, validating data, and presenting findings. Travel for projects may be required; strong MS Excel, Word, Power BI skills, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel with dashboards, scenario analysis, and formulas.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI; create/modify report templates.
• Experience QA/QC on large data sets; analytical mindset and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Data mine and aggregate project data; build Excel-based financial models.
• Validate usage data and provide insights on patterns to support decisions.
• Work with project managers across multiple projects to meet milestones.
• Produce, edit, and present reports, proposals, and presentations clearly.
