Job summary

A. Servidone Inc. is seeking a Utility Field Coordinator to support the I-81 Viaduct project in Syracuse, NY.

The role concentrates on coordinating utility work, tracking conflicts and relocations, and keeping field leadership and stakeholders informed to protect schedule and productivity. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and utility representatives, maintain logs and notes, and assist with planning and communication to improve sequencing and reduce delays

Qualifications

• Experience in utility coordination or field coordination on civil or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication and organization skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support field coordination for utility-related work, including relocations, conflicts, protection, access, shutdown planning, and utility interface issues.
• Work closely with project managers, field leadership, engineers, subcontractors, and outside utility representatives to keep utility-related activities organized and moving.
• Track utility conflicts, open items, relocations, shutdowns, and upcoming coordination needs so the project team has clear visibility into current status and potential risks.
• Maintain logs, meeting notes, correspondence, and status updates related to utility coordination and field follow-up.
• Assist with planning and communication around utility-related field activities to improve sequencing and reduce avoidable delays.
• Follow up on action items, identify missing information, and help move utility coordination issues toward resolution.
