Job summary

K&A Power Group in Auburn, New York is seeking a highly motivated Field Construction Coordinator to guide field teams on utility projects. You will monitor progress, report weekly and monthly updates, and ensure safety and quality compliance on site.

Bring 5+ years of electric utility project experience, strong communication, and supervisory skills. The role emphasizes coordination with contractors, material logistics, and adherence to schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in electric utility industry with transmission facilities construction management.
• Two years of college is preferred.
• Must have current US work authorization and valid US Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Provide field support and monitor schedules, ensuring timely progress.
• Attend safety, environment and quality meetings and contribute insights.
• Review contractor invoices and look ahead schedules to optimize plans.
• Maintain onsite project binder and document daily progress for accuracy.
• Coordinate material delivery and inspect workmanship for conformance.
